Following the launch of the new Edge series, Motorola is preparing to introduce two new models in its G-series lineup: the Moto G56 and Moto G86. Before any official announcements, the Moto G56 has already garnered attention with a slew of leaks and reports.
Recent leaks have provided insights into the design of the Moto G56, showcasing its features from various angles. A major leak has now surfaced, detailing the phone’s key specifications, design elements, and color options.
The Moto G56 will be available in four Pantone-certified colors: Gray Mist, Dill, Dazzling Blue, and Black Oyster. Recent high-resolution images display these colors alongside the device’s features.
The power and volume buttons are located on the right side, while the left side houses the SIM card tray. On the bottom edge, you’ll find a 3.5mm audio jack, a microphone, a USB Type-C port, and a speaker grille, with Dolby Atmos branding present for enhanced audio.
In terms of specifications, the Moto G56 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7060 processor, with storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, complemented by either 4GB or 8GB of RAM. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main camera paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a third camera.
For selfies, a 32MP front-facing camera will be available. The device features a 6.72-inch LCD display that supports a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels and a high refresh rate of 120Hz.
With IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, the Moto G56 also houses a robust 5,200mAh battery with 33W fast charging capability. In addition to the Moto G56, Motorola plans to unveil the Moto G 2026 and G Power 2026 models.
Given the breadth of leaked information, an official announcement is expected shortly.
