For example, you could ask, “find me entry-level brand manager roles in fashion” or “jobs for analysts who enjoy sustainability challenges.” This flexibility allows for a more customized search experience. The goal of this new feature is to align job seekers’ skills, interests, and ambitions with appropriate opportunities, making the job search process more intuitive. For LinkedIn Premium subscribers, the new AI job search tool is accessible immediately.

Alongside this, Premium users will benefit from AI-driven job coaching, which includes practicing interviews and refining pitches. Users will also receive notifications when employers are actively reviewing applications.

The AI feature will be rolled out more widely by the end of the week, but it is currently available only to those using Global English.
