Pre-orders now available for Samsung’s newest Odyssey gaming monitors.
Samsung has announced that its 2025 Odyssey gaming monitor lineup is now available for pre-order, which includes exciting new models such as the Odyssey OLED G8, the Odyssey G9, and the highly anticipated Odyssey 3D. Pre-ordering any of these monitors also comes with valuable bonuses. The Odyssey gaming monitors were initially unveiled at CES 2024, and this recent pre-order announcement marks the first time that Samsung has revealed pricing for these models.
Among the trio, the Odyssey G91F is the most affordable option, priced at $999.99. This model is a 49-inch ultrawide monitor, making it the least expensive in the Odyssey G9 series. However, the lower price does come with certain trade-offs, including a refresh rate of 144Hz compared to the standard 240Hz.
Nevertheless, 144Hz is adequate for most gamers, making the Odyssey G9 an attractive option at this price point. The Odyssey OLED G81SF, a 27-inch monitor featuring the industry’s first 4K OLED panel of its size, is priced at $1,299.99. The Odyssey 3D, designed for those with a significant budget and a preference for unique features, comes with a price tag of $1,999.99.
An enticing promotion accompanies these pre-orders: customers will receive a $300 Samsung credit to be used on other products, although it cannot be applied to the monitor’s purchase itself. This credit must be utilized within 35 days, as it expires on May 26. The Odyssey 3D has a different pre-order bonus, offering a $200 credit alongside a complimentary JBL Quantum One gaming headset, valued at over $200.
