The OnePlus 13T, touted as the company’s compact flagship, has been officially confirmed to feature an impressive battery capacity. The device will come equipped with at least a 6,000mAh battery, with some sources suggesting it could be as high as 6,200mAh. Alongside the battery specifications, the confirmed weight of the smartphone is 185 grams.

Recent listings on MIIT certification and AnTuTu also provide insights into its hardware features. OnePlus, through its President in China, Li Jie, has stated that the battery capacity starts with a ‘6’, ensuring that it will be a substantial unit for a phone with a 6.3-inch display. This battery size is particularly noteworthy given the compact nature of the device.

To achieve this sleek design without making the phone bulky, it is likely that OnePlus will employ a silicon-carbon battery. The company has boldly claimed that the OnePlus 13T will deliver the “best battery life ever,” a significant assertion considering the competition from phones with larger batteries. In terms of weight, the OnePlus 13T stands out as well, weighing only 185 grams, despite its large battery.

This reinforces the speculation that a silicon-carbon battery technology will be used to maintain a lightweight design. Additionally, the OnePlus 13T has emerged on MIIT certification, along with appearing on AnTuTu with a significant benchmark score of 3,006,913. The listing confirms the use of the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, along with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 flash storage.

The device is also expected to feature a 120Hz display and will run on Android 15. While the official launch of the OnePlus 13T is slated for April, the exact date has yet to be revealed.
