Samsung to Launch Ultra-Slim Galaxy S25 Edge on May 13: Exciting Release Ahead!
A recent report indicates that the Galaxy S25 Edge is now set to launch on May 13, after an earlier delay from its original release date of April 15. This update comes from SamMobile, citing Max Jambor, a source known for accuracy in previous leaks. However, it’s advisable to remain cautious until Samsung makes an official announcement. Unlike its Galaxy S25 counterparts, the Galaxy S25 Edge is not expected to be unveiled at a major Unpacked event and may instead be introduced through an online-only presentation, although this could vary by region.
In Europe, the starting price for the Galaxy S25 Edge has been reported to be €1,249, approximately €100 more than the Galaxy S25+. In the United States, it is anticipated to exceed $1,000 unless Samsung implements significant subsidies to make it more accessible. The Galaxy S25 Edge is anticipated to feature a super-thin design with a 6.7-inch display, the same size as the Galaxy S25 Plus but with a thinner profile. It is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, accompanied by 12GB of RAM and options for either 256GB or 512GB of storage.
Additionally, the device will likely be available in at least three colors: Titanium Silver, Titanium Jetblack, and Titanium Icyblue, reminiscent of some colors found in the Galaxy S25 Ultra. While the cause of the delay remains unclear and Samsung has not publicly addressed it, it is speculated that recent leadership changes within the company might have impacted the timeline.
