Redmagic is preparing to unveil its latest gaming tablet, the Redmagic Tablet 3 Pro. Before the official announcement, the company has shared some exciting details, including the chipset and the expected launch date.
Although this won’t be Redmagic’s first tablet, it will mark the debut of its first model powered by Qualcomm’s latest flagship chipset, promising enhanced performance and innovative features. While the name “Redmagic Tablet 3 Pro” is likely what the device will be called in global markets, it’s uncertain if it will be available everywhere.
Nevertheless, there’s a high probability that Redmagic will offer a global version, allowing consumers in the US to purchase it. However, the timeline for this release remains a mystery.
Typically, Redmagic does not significantly delay launches between China and global markets. For example, the Redmagic 10S Pro launched in China at the end of May and became available worldwide within a week.
Although it’s uncertain whether the Tablet 3 Pro will follow this same quick turnaround, it’s safe to assume that it won’t take months for the global release. The Redmagic Tablet 3 Pro is set to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the most powerful mobile platform from Qualcomm, already used in numerous flagship devices.
Given that the previous model utilized the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, this upgrade aligns with Redmagic’s strategy of continuous improvement. Scheduled for launch on June 11, the Tablet 3 Pro will likely initially be available in China, with a global launch anticipated later in the month.
This release may also serve as a pre-order phase, with general availability following a couple of weeks after the announcement. The new tablet is expected to have a compact design, likely featuring an 8-inch or 8.8-inch display, making it more portable than its predecessor, which had a 10.9-inch screen.
More details will be revealed in the coming week.
