Presently, laptops equipped with the Snapdragon X Elite chipset are limited to 32GB of RAM. This enhancement does not ensure that every Snapdragon X2 Elite laptop will come with 64GB; rather, it provides manufacturers greater flexibility in offering various configurations. This means buyers can choose the specifications that best suit their needs.

Additionally, leaked details suggest Qualcomm is testing a variant of the Snapdragon X2 Elite that boasts 18 CPU cores, a notable upgrade from the current model’s 12 cores.
