With the May 2025 update, Galaxy A56 users now have the ability to quickly access the Gemini AI by simply holding down the side button. This feature previously launched exclusively on the Galaxy S25 series, marking its debut on a Galaxy A series smartphone.

By pressing and holding the side button for a few seconds, users will see the AI appear as a small pill icon at the bottom of the screen. For those who prefer Bixby, the side button can be customized accordingly.
