The highlight of the company’s presentation was the TECNO MEGABOOK S16, but it was the range of AI features that truly captured attention. With a commitment to enhancing its products through AI, TECNO earned one of the “Best of Computex 2025” awards for its compelling suite of smart functionalities.

One of the standout features is Ella, TECNO’s personal AI assistant. Ella serves as a multifunctional assistant capable of executing various tasks based on user requests and on-screen awareness. Users can easily ask Ella to schedule appointments, identify on-screen content, make calls, and more.

During my experience with the TECNO Phantom V Fold 2, Ella proved to be an incredibly helpful companion, functioning almost like a personal butler for my device. Beyond Ella, TECNO offers numerous other AI capabilities. For instance, the AI Eraser 2.0 conveniently removes unwanted objects from photos with just a simple circle around the item you wish to erase.

Additionally, TECNO provides AI Translation, a feature aimed at overcoming language barriers, though I did not get the chance to test it myself. The Smart Scan feature allows users to scan and identify content on their screens, while AI Noise Cancellation enhances audio quality through earbuds. The AI Meeting Assistant is another notable inclusion, designed for improved efficiency and productivity.TECNO’s AI offerings extend across its smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices.

The AI Gallery app, for example, helps in searching photos and automates backup processes. Other impressive features include AI Image Extender, which enables background changes in photos, and AI Recognition and Navigation for glasses. As TECNO continues to innovate, its AI capabilities are expected to grow, becoming an integral part of all its products.
