The Ulefone Armor 28 Pro has officially been announced as the latest addition to the company’s rugged smartphone lineup. This device follows the recently launched Armor 28 Ultra and is set to hit the global market on May 12.
The Armor 28 Pro will be available for purchase through various retail platforms such as AliExpress, Amazon, and Ulefone’s official store. While the exact price remains undisclosed, it is anticipated to be significantly cheaper than the Armor 28 Ultra, making it a more budget-friendly option.
Design-wise, the Ulefone Armor 28 Pro retains Ulefone’s signature rugged aesthetic, featuring a prominent camera island on the rear that resembles that of the Armor 28 Ultra. This setup includes a small 1.04-inch display, which sits in the middle and is surrounded by several cameras.
The primary display measures 6.67 inches and is an OLED panel with an impressive 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of camera capabilities, the Armor 28 Pro shares the same main sensor as the Ultra version.
It features a Sony IMX989, a 1-inch camera sensor, along with a 64-megapixel Ultra Night Vision camera located at the back. The smartphone is powered by a substantial 10,600mAh battery and comes with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM.
It supports fast 120W charging and 50W wireless charging. However, unlike the Ultra model, the Armor 28 Pro uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G chip, which is less powerful.
As we await further details regarding its pricing and launch, Ulefone has assured potential buyers that it will be an affordable alternative to the Ultra model.
