A recent report indicates that Samsung has postponed the Galaxy S25 Edge event to May 13, a shift from its initial expected launch in April. This update has now been corroborated, providing additional details regarding the device’s release timeline and pricing structure. According to information from FNNews in Korea, the Galaxy S25 Edge is set to make its debut on May 13. Pre-orders will be open from May 14 to May 20, with sales beginning on May 23.

Initially, the launch will occur in China and South Korea, followed by a release in the US on May 30. Availability in other markets is planned for a later date. The report also outlines the expected pricing for the Galaxy S25 Edge in Korea, where the 256GB model is anticipated to retail for KRW 1.5 million (approximately $1,049) and the 512GB variant for KRW 1.63 million (around $1,140). It is important to note that prices in other regions, including the US, are likely to be higher due to varying market conditions and potential tariffs.

Samsung teased the Galaxy S25 Edge back in January during the Galaxy S25 series launch and showcased its design again at MWC 2025 in Barcelona. Official specifications will be confirmed on May 13, but early reports suggest that the phone will be impressively slim at just 5.8 mm and feature a 200-megapixel main camera. Interestingly, a telephoto camera is not planned, with an ultrawide lens serving as the second camera instead. The device will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy.
