The Moto Edge 60 Stylus is poised to be Motorola’s inaugural stylus smartphone in the Edge series, with a launch date set for April 17. This device is part of a larger lineup that also includes the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion, Edge 60, and Edge 60 Pro models, all of which have recently had their specifications and images leaked through certification listings. Motorola has a history of releasing stylus-supporting devices under the Moto G Stylus series, which have primarily been available in the U.S. market.
Upcoming models like the Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) and its successor, the Moto G Stylus 5G (2025), are currently in development. However, the company is now shifting its strategy to introduce stylus-enabled smartphones in India under the Edge series, beginning with the Moto Edge 60 Stylus. According to leaks from a popular tipster on X (formerly Twitter), the Moto Edge 60 Stylus will feature a 6.7-inch pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor.
Camera specifications include a 50-megapixel primary sensor, along with a possible 13-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The device will run on Android 15 out of the box and will be equipped with a 5000mAh battery supporting 68W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging. Interestingly, the specifications of the Moto Edge 60 Stylus closely resemble those of the Moto Edge (2024), potentially indicating a rebranding effort for the Indian market that incorporates stylus support and the latest software.
It is expected to come with configurations of 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and will be available in color options like Gibraltar Sea and Surf the Web. While there is no word yet on pricing or global availability, enthusiasts are anticipating official announcements from Motorola as the launch date approaches.
