The Galaxy S24 is currently engaged in the One UI 7 beta program and has incorporated many of the new Galaxy AI features designed for the upcoming Galaxy S25 series. However, a notable feature called Now Brief was initially absent from the beta version, leading many to speculate that it might not be included in this lineup. Fortunately, the latest reports suggest that Now Brief will indeed be available for the Galaxy S24.

With six beta updates completed, the Galaxy S24 is nearing its stable One UI 7 release. Most of the enhancements focus on Galaxy AI, but users can also anticipate new icons and animations with this update. Samsung has confirmed that the stable update will be rolling out to Galaxy S24 users very soon, generating excitement among the community.

Now Brief is one of the standout features scheduled to launch with One UI 7. It offers a comprehensive summary of the day’s events, providing information such as weather updates, calendar entries, and top news headlines. This feature could prove invaluable for users with busy schedules, serving as a convenient hub for daily information.

During the beta testing phase, many users noted the absence of Now Brief and assumed Samsung was opting not to implement it in the Galaxy S24. This assumption seemed peculiar since the Galaxy S24 has the capability to support such a feature. A deeper analysis by Sam Mobile revealed that Now Brief is hidden within the code, indicating that it is technically present for beta users, albeit not readily accessible.

Activating it manually involves delving into the code, a task that not all users may be comfortable with. Though it’s unclear why Samsung has kept this feature under wraps, it’s expected that Now Brief will be fully functional when One UI transitions to its stable version for the Galaxy S24.
