Amazfit has unveiled the Bip 6 smartwatch, the successor to the Bip 5 released in 2023. This new device boasts an impressive array of health-tracking features, along with a remarkable battery life, all at a competitively lower price point than its rivals. A standout feature of the Bip 6 is its ability to support phone calls via Bluetooth. The Bip 6 showcases a lightweight design, equipped with a 1.97-inch AMOLED display that has a peak brightness of 2,000 nits.

This is an upgrade from the Bip 5’s 1.91-inch TFT LCD screen. Additionally, the smartwatch contains a built-in ambient light sensor that automatically adjusts screen brightness to suit the surrounding environment. Constructed with a robust aluminum alloy frame, it also offers 5 ATM water resistance, allowing it to withstand depths of up to 50 meters. Amazfit has integrated both a microphone and a speaker into the Bip 6, facilitating Bluetooth phone calls.

As with previous models, this smartwatch provides various features such as calendar reminders, call notifications, sedentary alerts, music control, camera control, and smartphone app notifications. The device houses a 340 mAh battery that promises an impressive battery life of up to 14 days under regular use, although this may diminish to six days with heavy usage. In terms of health functionality, the Bip 6 includes a BioTracker PPG biometric sensor along with comprehensive health and fitness tracking features. Users can benefit from continuous heart rate monitoring, sleep quality analysis, blood oxygen measurement, and stress tracking.

Additionally, it supports over 140 different sports activities, menstrual cycle tracking for women, and includes the Wild.AI feature for exercise and recovery recommendations based on hormonal cycles. The watch is compatible with devices running Android 7.0 and above, or iOS 14.0 and higher. Priced at $79.99, the Bip 6 is available in multiple colors, including black, charcoal, stone, and red.
