Although fans are excited, they will have to wait until March 26, 2027, to see the Hero of Time on the big screen. Last week, during a Nintendo Direct event, the company shared news about upcoming games and included several surprises.

One of the notable reveals was the launch of the Nintendo Today app, designed to provide fans with direct updates about upcoming products. Similar to the Nintendo Direct livestreams, this app allows users to tailor their experience with themes from various Nintendo franchises.

Within the app, Nintendo unveiled key details about the live-action Legend of Zelda movie, which is being co-produced with Sony Pictures. Despite the long wait for the movie’s release, expectations are high.
